I therefore cherish those , happy times, the heartaches, the lonleyness, the strength of suvial and all the challenges of life that my forebears faced. Her husband Harry M. Reeves,never introducing his wife to his family, thusly his children never knowing grandparents.
The challenge my paternal greatgrandfather Samuel L. Peaks at the age of 18,1862 enlisting into the 21st reg. in Grand Rapids, Mi into the Civil War. The life and sorrows of his two girls, Anna and Lillian Peaks.
How one married Robert N. Cashman of Wis. The other disappeared into Canada.

I search for, who they were, felt, and what circumstances made them make the choices they made.
