| I am searching for information on the Johnston, Dean, Deen, Milford, Hyde and Millis family's of Wisconsin and Michigan. I have vague info on Teal and Olive Millis and their 8 children. Phillip Millis being the line I am related to. I believe Phillip and Mary lived in Walworth Co. Wisconsin and moved to Michigan. Their daughter Elyda Millis married George R. Hyde and moved to Oregon. The Dean's I am searching for lived in Michigan and also moved to Oregon. Moses Dean I believe was the father of Hiram Dean who was the father of Myron Lindley Dean who is my Great Grandfather. His wife Matilda Elizabeth Millis was the sister of Helen Millis who married a Hyde and also moved to Oregon. The towns in Oregon where they settled are in Columbia Co. Oregon. (St. Helens, Clatskanie, Yankton, Deer Island, Ranier) I have documentation of my line connecting with Charity & John Milford who was from Great Plains township Michigan and was 103 when she died. My paternal great grandfather was William Henry Johnston of Ohio then Michigan. Any information on these families would be greatly appreciated. |
