Welcome to the Home page of the Casarona Family. My name is Paul Casarona and I am the grandson of a first generation immigrant from Sicily named Frank Casarona. My family name and its history have become very important to me as I have re-established a relationship with my grandfather and the rest of my Italian family. In an effort to learn more about my cultural heritage and to record this information for posterity, I have begun our Family Tree. I hope that this home page will serve as meeting place for family members or anyone interested in helping with this project. At this point, I am gathering information from any source possible, including first hand accounts from my grandfather, about the Casarona (Casaraona before arriving in America) family and I am using Family Tree Maker Version 4.0 to record this information. Any assistance that you could provide including personal information, histories, photographs, related family names, etc.. would be greatly appreciated.
