| WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION The purpose of this web site is to share information about the genealogy and history of The Cason Family. It is important to note that not all of the data has been verified. One of the reasons it is here is so anyone can review and comment on the data. If you find mistakes, or you have conflicting data, please e-mail me and let me know about the problem or questions about the data. As conflicts are resolved and new information is researched or reported, the data on this web site will be updated. So far my primary interest has been in extending the lineage within the Cason family. Secondary interests are in extending the lineage for the Allen, Freeman and Bartlett families as well as other related family tree members. Any information provided for any of the families is appreciated. My Cason lineage comes from Edward Cason born 1710 in Buckingham County Virginia to the southwest Kentucky Hopkinsville area and surrounding counties About the photos, Many of the photos will have the name and date of persons some will have only, example ( Cason unknown ) or photos of a past family reunion with no names. Should anyone recognize any of these persons please e-mail me and let me know. If anyone who happens to have an old photograph of Casons or related family members I would appreciate it greatly if I could receive scans of them to place here on the Family site.
