I am researching my Irish ancestry on my father's side, my Polish ancestry on my mother's side, and my wife's ancestry.

**************************
Cash/Callahan

My grandfather was William Cash, who was born in Paulacurry, Co. Cork, Ireland in 1900 and died in Haverhill, Essex Co., Massachusetts in 1945. He was the son of William Cash (born 1861 in Togan, Co. Monaghan, Ireland and died in 1926 in Cork, Co. Cork) and Elizabeth Sullivan (born about 1866 probably in Knegare, Brosna, Co. Kerry, Ireland and died in 1918 in Cork, Co. Cork).

My great-great-grandfather was William Cash (born 1807 in Frankford, Kings Co., Ireland, now Kilcormac, Co. Offaly, and died in 1880 in Co. Armagh) and his wife was Catherine McConnon (born about 1821 probably in Togan, Co. Monaghan, Ireland and died in 1894 in Togan, Co. Monaghan).

My grandfather's maternal grandparents were John Sullivan and Julia O'Connell, who reared their family in Knegare, Brosna, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

My grandmother was Ellen "Nellie" Bridget Callaghan/Callahan, who was born in 1897 in Knockgorm, Kilcorney, Co. Cork, Ireland and died in 1986 in Haverhill, Essex Co., Massachusetts. She was the daughter of John Callaghan (1860-1948) and Elizabeth Sullivan (1861-1927), who reared their family in Kilcorney. John Callaghan's parents were Timothy Callaghan (born about 1838 in Co. Cork and died in 1892 in Haverhill, Essex Co., Massachusetts) and Catherine Sullivan (born in 1834 in Co. Cork and died in 1900 in Haverhill, Essex Co., Massachusetts). Timothy's father was John Callaghan and his mother was Mary (unknown surname). Catherine's parents were Jeremiah Sullivan and Mary Riordan/Reardon.

My grandmother's maternal grandparents were John Sullivan and Mary Howard (who died in 1905 in Knockgorm, Kilcorney, Co. Cork).

My grandmother's ancestors lived in the Kilcorney area in townlands that include Knockgorm, Glenleigh, and Horsemount. Kilcorney is not far from Millstreet.

Cetnarski/Ptak

My mother's parents were Francis Michael Cetnarski (born in 1894 in Przewrotne, Poland and died in 1952 in Meriden, New Haven Co., Connecticut) and Mary Ptak (born in 1890 in Widelka, Poland and died in 1956 in Meriden, New Haven Co., Connecticut). Frank Cetnarski's parents were Michael Cetnarski (1865-1929) and Nellie Pomykala (1875-1929), both who lived in Przewrotne, Poland. Other ancestral names are Pyrcz, Dobek, Wilk, Chrusciel, Pacyna, Jarochowicz, Pitak, Kleczek, and Ryczek. Mary Ptak's parents were Adam Ptak and Louise Syniec, both who lived in Widelka, Poland.
