Information from the Megrew Family Tree by Melissa Chambers. Permission for use was given me by Melissa through e-mail on July 13, 2002.
Andrew was of Scotch-Irish descent who settled in PA and were Quakers. He joined the Continental Army at age 15 and served as a private. Andrew and Hannah Rust McGrew moved to Milford from Baltimore, MD in September 1806 and purchased the remaining interest of the McCormick tract at Milford, moving into the double log house. He was a Justice of the Peace and a board member of a big paper mill near Milford on the Little Miami River. They were charter members of the Milford Methodist Church. In 1812 Andrew changed the spelling of his name from McGrew to Megrue. He thought McGrew sounded Irish and he hated the Irish, "some have never got right since." Andrew and Hannah Rust Megrue are buried in Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford.
Following notes were also posted by Melissa and I need to confirm connections to our Rust family.
"It was mentioned in The History of Clermont County, Ohio book, page 464, that 'At the same time Paul Rust and his mother came from Maryland. He married Mary Gest and moved to Indiana."
"May 24, 1841. Died in this town on Friday night last (26th) after a short but severe illness, Mr. William Rust, aged about 44 years. He has left a bereaved widow with a large family of children."
"October 15, 1890. John H. Rust, a native of Batavia, and son of the late Henry Ruyst, died week before last at his home in Matoon, Illinois, where he had been a very prominent and highly esteemed citizen." (Clermont Sun)
Stephen, son of Jonathan and Mary Rust, died 15 September 1844, age 19 (from stone)

3. CHARLES2 RUST (PAUL1) was born April 03, 1764 in Pennsylvania (Probably near York), and died February 10, 1815 in Baltimore, Md. He married MARY MAGDALENE SHARMILLER January 05, 1785 in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Maryland, daughter of GOTTLEIB SHARMILLER and DORATHY SHARMILLER. She was born Unknown in Unknown, and died 1838 in Baltimore Md.

Notes for C
HARLES RUST:
It is believed that this Charles is the Charles, son of Paul and Mary Rust who came to America in 1763 and settled near York, Pennsylvania. Therefore, Charles more than likely would have been born near York, Pennsylvania. So far, we have not come up with any documentation.

Notes for M
ARY MAGDALENE SHARMILLER:
Name spelled Sharmellor on the marriage listing. Other documents show Shermuller and Scharmueller and Shearmiller.
Mary and Charles's marriage is listed on the printout of Baltimore, Baltimore County, Maryland (of marriages, births and christenings) spells Mary's last name as SCHARMILLER with md date as January 5, 1785. This spelling also appears in the LDS library and that's probably where they obtained the information. On the Baltimore County Marriage Licenses for 1777-1798, on page 165, her name is spelled SHARMELLOR with the same marriage date and also in church records. On the Index of Baltimore County Wills index sheet, page 63, for the years 1659 - 1850, Mary's middle name is spelled Magdalen and last name SHEARMILLER. This was taken from her father's will which included her mother and sisters. Marthabelle Nelson has a copy of this wil. On the will, her fathers name is spelled Godlip SHEARMILLER.
