Welcome to the Blumer-McMillan family home page. My name is Ann McMillan Chaikin and this is my family geneology. My parents were Edwin McMillan and Elsie Blumer. The earliest members of the McMillan family in this record are James McMillan 1735-1821 and his wife Eleanor 1735-1810. The earliest Blumer family members are Luke Blumer 1757-1840 and his wife Ann Bradford 1756-1841. Most of the information was gathered by ancestors on both sides of the family and documented by them. Information on recent generations was compiled at a Blumer Cousin Reunion on April 6-8, 2001. Thanks to Roger Gray for providing the history of the descendents of Philip Blumer. |
