They are my GG Grandparents. G Grandparent's of my Mother. My Mother is Violet Morlan, her parents were William Edward & Allie Cecelia Morlan from Scranton Iowa. William Edward Morlan is the son of William John Morlan. We did not know the names of my Mother's father's parents (William John Morlan & Ellen W. Thompson ) until I read your information. I told my Mom and she was so excited. She is almost 91 years old. She has a good memory about the past. She said her Dad never talked about his parents. She has old photos of Job Clark,Nettie Clark, Alma Clark, And a lot of family from Boone, Iowa. She has so many stories to tell. We can't believe you have so much information. I still haven't read all of your info & your connection. I had to let you know how thrilled my Mother was finding out her Grandparent's names. We live in Chaska, Minnesota. Mom lives in senior housing here. My name is Janice Winkelman. Mom & her sister Ruth Carpenter are the only living of 10 children and their spouses of William Edward & Allie Cecelia Morlan. Her Sister Ruth is in a nursing home in Coon Rapids, Iowa. Ruth's memory is failing but my Mother's is remarkable so far. I am not to good at this genealogy searching as I am just getting started.
