Notes for CHRISTIAN DASHER, JR:
Christian Dasher II was a member of the Georgia Patriots during the Revolutionary War under Col. Jenkins Davis. His death occured soon after the war from wounds and exposure received during the conflict.(From Larry Thomas/Reba Paine, "Christopher and his Children"

Christian Dascher was baptised on25 May 1730 in the parish of Igis, Canton of Graubunden, SZ. Parents Christian Dascher junior & Anna Gujan. Witnesses: Mr. Podesta of Marschluns, Sgt. Johan Rudi Suter, Maria Walser, wife of the parson from Zitzers, Barbra Ladtner & Miss Elisa Ladtner.(From document obtained by Berkley Ivey).

From Effingham County records: Abstract of the will of Anna Christina Dasher, signed Jan 1, 1802, probated June 8, 1811. (widow of christian Dasher, R.S.) Names granddaughter, Mary Ulmer, grandsons, John & Christian Wisenbaker, son Christian L. Dasher and his children: Elizabeth, Christian, John, Rosina, Samuel, Catherine & Gottlieb.

From the Republican & Savannah Evening Ledger, Oct 4, 1810 "Died Sept. 30, Mrs Ann Christina Dasher of Effingham Co., age about 90 years."
