3. SARAH3 WYNNE (BENJAMIN2, JOHN1) was born 1812 in GA3, and died Aft. 1870. She married HARMON REYNOLDS 27 December 1826 in TaliaferroCo., GA. He was born 1798 in GA3, and died Aft. 1870.

Notes for SARAH WYNNE:
The ages taken from census records indicate that Sarah was only 14 years old at the time of her marriage. The list of her children comes from the 1850 & 1860 census of Warren Co.

Notes for HARMON REYNOLDS:
Ther was a Harmon Reynolds, Confederate soldier from GA, who died as a POW in Ft. Delaware, 1865. However, another Harmon Reynolds, of the correct age with wife Sarah and son John are found on the Worth Co., GA census of 1870.

An older Harmon Reynolds (Runnels) Justice of the Peace, appears in several Georgia counties. He may be our Harmon's father.

  Notes for SEABORN ATCHISON:
Seaborn was probably the son of John Atchison & Rebecca Jenkins of Warren County. John, Seaborn, Mary & Elizabeth Atchison are all listed as members of the Williams Creek Baptist Church for 1839. Mary married Irby Wynne and Lemuel Wynne (Benjamin's grandson?) was in the household of John Atchison in 1850; the same year that Seaborn Atchison was in the household of Elizabeth, Irby & Mary Wynne. Seaborn & Martha were married the following year. Shortly after the Civil War the family moved to Hancock County, GA.

A notecard was found in Georgia Archives that said Seaborn served in the Warren County Militia as a 2nd Lt.

4. MARTHA3 WYNNE (BENJAMIN2, JOHN1) She married (1) LORENZO DOW REYNOLDS 26 December 1833 in Taliaferro County, GA. He died Bef. 1839. She married (2) JESSE DARDEN Bet. 1834 - 1839 in Georgia.

Notes for MARTHA WYNNE:
A close reading of Benjamin Wynne's will leads me to conclude that Martha was first married to Lorenzo D. Reynolds, had a son Lorenzo and later married Jesse Darden. Lorenzo Reynolds (Runnels) the younger was definitely not the son of Sarah Wynne and Harmon Reynolds.

5. IRBY3 WYNNE (BENJAMIN2, JOHN1) was born 1802. He married MARY ATCHISON 08 September 1844.

Notes for IRBY WYNNE:
On the 1850 Warren Co. census Irby, age 48, is living in the household of his widowed mother, Elizabeth, with a Mary Wynne (Mary Atchison) age 40. Also in this household is Seaborn Atchison, manager. On this same census a Lemuel Wynne, age 20, is in the household of John Atchison. The connection of these two families would continue with Seaborn's marriage to Martha Reynolds, the grandaughter of Elizabeth Wynne.

Notes for MARY ATCHISON:
Circumstantial evidence indicates that Mary was the daughter of John Atchison and Rebecca Jenkins of Warren County, GA. Children's names & year of birth are from the 1850 Warren Co. census.

  ii.   TERESA WYNNE, b. 1846.

6. WILLIAM3 WYNNE (BENJAMIN2, JOHN1) died Bef. 1839. He married MARY EDGE 02 August 1827 in Taliaferro County, GA.
