As per notes of Earlene Smith:
I question the fact that this Olivia Rudder married Samuel Franklin in 1836 because in 1850 she is living with her brother Munson Rudder in Knox CO., TN & she calls herself Olivia Rudder (Archive Document #456). I need to check this out further.
