"The Kahr/Chico Family Home Page"

In need of anyone familiar primarily with my grandfather Joseph C. Kahr; he is also related to Gustav von Kahr involved in the 'Beer Putsch' in Germany during World War II. I am very interested in any information on where in Germany the Kahr family originated or if any family members are still living.
Specifically, my Grandfather resided at 108 Bronx Avenue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania also known as Westview. His father's name was Karl and together they immigrated to the United States. My Grandfather was 11 years old.

He had several siblings: Charles,John,Emily,Anne,Mary and Josephine. My Grandfather married Mary Elizabeth Malloy and together had three children; Mary, Kathryn and Joseph. Kathryn was my mother.
