Eventually I want to include photos, stories, links, indexes, etc. My roots in Maine are very deep - from the earliest planters and settlers to 19th century arrivals from the Gaspe in Quebec and Copenhagen, Denmark. To a great extent, they settled primarily in southern and western Maine and along the coast to Lincoln county. Please return often to this site to see if I have added something new or different, as this is intended as "a work in progress" and I will frequently make changes and additions.
