The Cilley Family consists of these lines:
Ross, Clifford, Spear, Boynton, Morse, Wescott, Higgins, Heal, Black, and more to be added later. These immigrant families settled, for the most part, in New England, being among some of the earliest settlers. The Cilley surname itself is found in New Hampshire primarily. A branch from it settled in Argentina.
