| I am researching the Marshall and Lewis Family. My grandmother told me we were descendants of Meriwether Lewis, and I've been looking for the link. Of course, there are many other parts of the family, such as Anderson, Moore, Ogle, Bailey, Head, and Wanamaker. The Marshall line were from Chicago, and the Moore and Anderson from Missouri and South Dakota. The Lewis line is mostly from Edgerton, Ohio. There's not many of us left in our family, so we've never had a family reunion. How I envy those who do. When I find a distant relative in our line, I keep contact, and always looking for more. |
