Rev. Moses Lemen was one of a large family of pioneer Baptist preachers who planted churches throughout west central Illinois. He is buried at Lemen/Walshville Bapt/Mt. Kingston Cemetery just east of Walshville, Montgomery Co., IL. The cemetery is neglected and nearly inaccessible. Several years ago my Dad and I read the cemetery and cleared stones. This is what Rev. Lemen's gravemarker looked like before we cleared it--covered up by a thorn bush.
