| I live in the Vancouver area, Canada. My family tree efforts began by accident, a family member found and old bible at a Garage (boot) sale. Turns out it contained a family record starting with a Charles Edward Clarke, born in Taunton, Somerset, England in 1853. As I was born in Taunton and my father was also Charles Edward Clarke, I thought we were connected. So far no connection but I have traced both families back to the Colyton area. Meanwhile the search has become obsessive. |
