The CLARKS: Did you know? Essie Allen Spruel is the oldest living descendant of Lewis Clark & Harriet Brown. Essie Allen Spruel, Eunice Johnson & Louis P. Clark are the living grandchildren of Lewis Clark & Harriet Brown. There are currently 5 generations of descendants of Lewis & Harriet. The Lewis Clark farm was purchased in 1871. The Lewis Clark farm was recognized by the Centennial Farms of Georgia on Oct. 4, 1996. James W. (Jimmy) Clark was the first person to have electricity in the Reichertville community. James W. (Jimmy) was the owner of the generator which supplied electricity to his neighbors, blacks & whites. The first area community store was owned by James W. (Jimmy) Clark. Madie & Lenary Clark married two brothers, Alex & Joseph Williams. Hatcher People Funeral home was originally The Clark & Gilmore funeral home, owned by Pearlie Clark & Katie Gilmore. Now you know---
