James W. Clark (son of Lewis Clark and Harriet Brown) was born 1871, and died 1927. He married (1) Lula Raiford, daughter of Tony Raiford and Harriette. He married (2) Victoria Slater.

Jimmy was a seeker and purchased land in the New Union Community, along with his brother Pearlie.

Jimmy & Lula were the first to obtain electricity in their community.
They were believed to have owned a generator that supplied electricity to others in the community.
