I am researching the Clemons family. I am the great grandson of Charles A. Clemons born April 10, 1853 on my dad's side of the family. I am the great grandson of Andrew Jackson "Andy" Clemons on my mothers side. Yes, my mon and dad are both a Clemons.

I have found a Benedict Clements, born abt. 1752 that I believe is an ancestor. His son Samuel born in abt. 1782, his son Thomas W. born in May 19, 1818 is the father of Charles A. Clemons. Thomas W. is also the father of John Zachary born November 14, 1849 who is the father of Andrew Jackson.
