| Laura Dan PRICE married Larry Anthony CLEAPOR on 23 October 1976 in Bremerton, WA. That is what started all of this. We have been looking for family since 1986, but our search is stalled. So here is a short rundown of our direct lines (as far as we know). Laura D. PRICE b. 1950 in Warren, OH --Father and Mother-- Edward S. PRICE b. 28 January 1925 in Huntingdon, PA was married to Alice G. Roudebush b. 28 December 1927 in Coral, PA on 06 September 1945 in Cumberland,MD. They have eight children: Alice, Edward, Mira, Laura, Charlean, Eric, Paula and Barbara. Edward S. PRICE b. 1925 --Father and Mother-- David A. PRICE b. 05 March 1891 in Huntingdon, PA d. 08 January 1966 in Warren, OH was married to Olive CARSON b. 09 November 1907 d. 15 January 1995 in Warren, OH in 1922 in Huntingdon, PA. They had four children: David, 1922; Edward, 1925; Joseph, 1926-1998 and Maxine, 1928. David A. PRICE 1891-1966 --Father and Mother-- John J. PRICE b. 14 November 1843 in Lewistown, PA d. 13 January 1917 in Huntingdon, PA was married to (1) Sarah C. Fisher and (2) Rachel A. QUAY b. November 1853 in Port Royal, PA d.27 March 1927 in Huntingdon, PA on 22 September 1875 in Dayton, OH. They had nine children: John V. 1877-1963; Annie E. 1879-1895; Alexander K. 1881-1962; Lewis H. 1884-1960; Charles K. 1887-1961; Ida C. 1889-1949; David A. 1891-1966; Sarah A. 1894-1978 and Jacob 1896-1907. John J. PRICE 1843-1917: This is where this family is stalled. Father and Mother of John are believed to be John PRICE of Centre County, PA and Elizabeth HENWOOD of Carisle, PA, but so far I havent been able to prove this. It is believed John had a brother, Adam, and a sister, Mary, I haven't found proof yet. Any help on this family would be greatly appreciated. Now for the other half. Larry A. CLEAPOR b. 24 July 1953 in Charlotte, NC --Father and Mother-- John W. CLEAPOR b. 16 April 1921 in Washington, DC d. 14 January 1991 in Spartanburg, SC was married to (1) Pauline long and (2) Nettie F. PETTIT b. 09 June 1925 in Greenville, SC d. 29 October 1982 in Spartenburg, SC on 04 July 1948 in Charlotte, NC. they have four children: Larry, Janice, Ronald and Kenneth. John W. 1921-1991 --Father and Mother-- Alwyn H. CLEAPOR b. 09 November 1871 in Charleston, SC d. 07 July 1932 in Dorchester County, SC was married to Stella C. PATRICK b. 18 October 1888 in Summerville, SC d. 21 September 1945 in Dorchester County, SC. They had four (?) children: John W., 1921-1991; Grace P.; Maude F. and the fourth is believed named Alwyn T. I have no proof of the fourth child. Alwyn H. 1871-1932 --Father and Mother-- John W. CLEAPOR b. 21 September 1845 in Charleston, SC d. 26 April 1904 in Charleston, SC was married to Gabriella ?. They had three children Walter b. 1869; Alwyn H., 1871-1932 and Marie G., 03 June 1884. And this is where this family is stalled, we haven't a clue of who John W's parents are or anything about Walter or Marie. Again any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Laura |
