It is my dream to find some bit of information about my Irish Ancestors... As many third generation Americans I have a mixture of different cultures inside of me... Mine include on my mother's side an Irish Grandfather whose name was Patrick Hogan Johnson... He died in 1954... An Italian great-grandmother whose maiden name was Annie Arata... She married a Ferretti, a Colletti, and Gerdas... She died in 1940... My father was pure french... at first glance anyway...<smile> On my father's side the names I've come up with are: His mother's name was Amelie Oslet, his father was Sabin Landry... It seems that they were closely related,,,I suspect 1st cousins... Sabin's father was Elphage Landry... He married Pauline Como.... |
