So far I have traced our branch of the Clendening family from Mundelein, Illinois through Rib Lake, Wisconsin to Glengarry County, Ontario, Canada. The Donner/Fuhrmann side of the family has been documented all the way to Germany and Pomerania. We have traced the Billeck/Rakowski family from Grayslake, Illinois through Chicago, Illinois to Poland.We are currently looking for information on James Clendenning (born abt. 1816 in Ireland )and Margaret Ferguson ( born abt. 1827 in Ontario )of Glengarry County, Ontario, Canada. We are also looking for any information on Catherine Clendenning, Ellen ( widow of John Ross and remarried to ?Gray )Clendenning, Mary Ann Clendenning and Margaret ( married to James Mowet )Clendenning all of whom were born in Charlottenburg, Ontario in the 1850,s. Any Information on these family lines would be greatly appreciated. I will gladly share all information I have aquired. |
