| Welcome to the Gavins/Jones Family page. I am researching the descendants of the late Johnny Gavins/Alberta Williams family and also the Richmond Jones/Pluma Brown family from around Bigbee Valley, Mississippi. Johnny and Alberta's children were named Sam, Ella Mae, Louise, Willie Horace, Ora Lee, and Sandy. Richmond and Pluma's children were named Sarah, Manassie, Jim Frank, Richmond II, James Frank, Ezell, Mitchell, Charlie, Dave Hawkins, Walker Gunter, Lula, Lucy, and Mae Commer.
