Killed in action, San Juan Hill July 1, 1998, during the Spanish American War. Career soldier - served at Fort Brown, TX and Boise Barracks, Idaho. Spouse - Eugenia Rodriguez (s?). Mose Finklestein - son-in-law of Robert Kane. Travelling salesman out of Wharton, TX. Lived in Brownsville TX with spouse Julia Kane. Survived the "Pancho Villa" train wreck near Olmito TX.
