To my dear loving girl RUTTY SMITH, by me called RUTTY FULSHER--7 negroes, CEASER & GINNIE his wife and SILVERY their daughter. JOSH & BAB his wife and their daughter and boy MARCH --- ALSO 1/2 of all land and premises where I now live at Slocumb Creek, during her natural life, then to her heirs, if no heirs then to go to my brother EPHRAIN FULCHER. Also to RUTTY $500 out of my estate, also 300 acres called my new survey, situituated on Tucker Creek and Coleman Creek.
I give to ANN PENDER, by some called ANN FULCHER and by some called my wife, but I deney her being my wife, but I leave to her seven negroes, LYNDER, CHRISTOPHER, JACK, SAMPSON, EDWARD and TAMER for life, also the other half of my land. $250 after her decease to ROBERT TRANSLY?? her grandson. Is not my will and desire that she gives her grandson not aw cent out of my property. My will and desire is that it goes to RUTTY SMITH, RUTTY FULCHER or RUTTY MY WIFE.

SON. LEVI FULSHER, the plantation land I own up the head of Pearees ? Creek, my negro boy SEASAR.
DAUGHTER, DEBORAH SPARROW, a negro woman FERBE, and her increase, all except her older boy ASA, which I intend for my son THOMAS and if he should die without issue then my will and desire is that the negro boy ASA should go to my daughter DEBORAH.
SON, THOMAS FULSHER, the land and plantation that my Brother JOSEPH FULSHER lived on, also my negro boy ASA after his mother dies I also leave him my household goods and all my stock of every kind.
GRAND DAUGHTER, MARY CARRAWAY, my negro woman HANNAH, and her increase, all except her oldest child that she raises, which I intend for my GRANDSON WILLIAM BURNEY. but if she dies without increase, my will is that the negro be equally divided between my sons EPHERIM FULSHER and THOMAS FULSHER.
