| Hi, our family includes Cockburn, Macdonald, Stone and many other names. There may be a link to Sir John A. Macdonald, the 1st Prime Minister of Canada but this has not yet been established for sure. I have much of the genealogy of his family and of ours but no link yet. I would be interested in more information about his Aunts, Uncles and thier children to help complete this. Much of the history gathered to date is around southern Ontario, Kingston, Gananoque etc. Some connections go back to Scotland and elsewhere.
