| This is the research data from the Coddington family who descend from Stockdale CODDINGTON (1580). We settled in MA, NY, and NJ as pioneers and are, perhaps, related to Wm. CODDINGTON, founder of Newport, RI.(1632). My main family branch comes from my Great Great Great Grandfather, Archibald CODDINGTON (1756-c.1852), who was a pioneer settler of Mt. Horeb - Mt. Bethel, NJ area. |
