| I am researching the ROMERO family from the El Oro Province, Ecuador, South America. I have gone as far back as 1830 for José María ROMERO married to Isabel ASANZA; great-grandparents of my father; Victoriano Aurelio ROMERO-Galarza. They were all born in or near Zaruma, Provincia de El Oro, Ecuador.At the same time, I am researching the ZAMBRANO family, also from the El Oro Province, Ecuador. My mother's great-grandparents were Juan ZAMBRANO and Rosa AGUILAR. I believe they lived around the mid 1800s.Any information would be greatly appreciated. |
