Milton Biggs (son of John Biggs and Margaret Arminda Wilson)163, 164 was born August 14, 1878 in Near Washington, Washington County, Kansas164, and died June 26, 1944 in Seiling, Dewey County, Oklahoma164. He married (1) Effie Maryann Thompson on March 11, 1903 in Heman (Belva), Woods County, Oklahoma Territory164.

Milton Biggs died at home in the farm house he built between the years 1913 to 1915. He died of Parkinson's Disease. He was cared for in his last days by his family and daughter-in-law, Veda Inez Mahaffey Biggs, who read to him for hours every afternoon while her children napped. He would laugh at her because she skipped any bad words or racy parts in the books they shared. He and Effie are buried in the Munice Cemetery at the Canton "Y" with the Seiling highway in Dewey Co., Oklahoma
