Hello Fellow Searchers!
I am researching my husband's side of the family tree. My mother is researching my side and supplying me with her information. (Thanks Mom!) Altogether I have over 40 Family Files that include approximately 4,500 individuals. Some of these files are minimal and some are very extensive. This does not include all the information that I still have on paper that hasn't been entered into my computer yet. I am trying to add some in almost everyday.
My information has come from a wide variety of resources. Most of these resources are reliable, but some information can't be documented. If you're not sure about some of my information, please check it with your own resources.
Following is a list of my major surnames:
Maternal Side - ANDERSON, LITTLE, LOGAN, MILLER, PARKER, TABOR, TROLINDER, WHITE These families are from the areas of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky.
Paternal Side - BUCK, CRAWFORD, MORRISON, PUTMAN These families are from the areas of Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky.
Following is a list of my husband's major surnames:
Maternal Side - ALDEN, ATWOOD, DOMINSKI, HANKS, KENNEDY, SOULE, STANDISH, STROMSKI Most of these families started in New York and Plymouth, Massachusetts. These lines contain many historically known personalities.
Paternal Side - BEAVERS, BILBO, BOUNDS, CLARK, COLE, COURTNEY, CRITTENDEN, CURTIS, FORMAN, HAYES, HEBERT, JETT, MILLER, NOBLES, POLK, REEVES, RENTFROE, SIMMONS, SPELL, STAMPLEY, SULLIVAN, VAN BIBBER, WALKER, WILLCOX Most of these families migrated together from Virginia, through the Carolinas, and settled in the areas of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. I have extensive information on most of these families.
