Hi, I'm researching my family line. I'm looking for information on my grandfather Rufus Washington Kelley's family. I know his father was James Presley Kelley and that James Presley's father was John G. Kelley. I do not know anymore about John G. Kelley other than that he was born between 1814/1816 in South Carolina and that his wife's name was Mary. Also I am trying to find information on my grandfather Rufus Kelley's wife's family. His wife was Ella Lee b Feb 7, 1878. I know her father was James Lee b Feb 14, 1806 in South Carolina and his wife was Rhoda Morris. I do not know who James's father or mother was. I'm also looking for information on Rhoda Morris's family. Her father was Andrew morris b 1820 in North Carolina and her mother was Mary Ann Freshour b in Tennessee. Andrew Morris father was Dodson Morris b 1797 in North Carolina, his mother was Caroline Johnson b 1806 in North Carolina. I do not have any information afther this line. Would love to here from anyone who has information to share. I will share what I have on the Rufus Washington Kelley's line. My father was Clyde Maxwell Kelley, Rufus and Ella's son. |
