Whereas, heretofore Annie Mae Green Cochran died survived by her children Coleman Cochran, Ralph H. Cochran, Margie Cochran (now Harrison) and Doris Cochran. And Whereas, thereafter Joe Green, the Father of the said Annie Mae Green Cochran died intestate survived by his daughter, Lenora Brown, his son, Albert R. Green, and the said children of said Annie Mae Green Cochran as his only heirs at law and next of kin. And whereas the undersigned do desire to convey their interst in the lands hereinafter described acquired by inheritance as aforesaid.
