Hendersonville paper W.J. DRAKE PASSES AWAY Edneyville Man Will Be Buried From Edith Grove Sunday WJ Drake, age 60 (incorrect) of Edneyville township died thursday, November 30, at his home following a short illness. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. HM Buckner, of Greenville, SC; Mrs. JC Hollingsworth, of this city, and two sons, WJ and CH Drake, of Asheville. He also leaves one brother, Jack Drake (same mother, but not really a Drake), one sister Mrs. Eugene Ingle (same mother, but not really a Drake), of West Asheville, 16 grandchildren and eight grandchildren (great grandchildren?). Funeral services will be held from the Edith Grove chapel, Sunday morning at 11'clock.
