Hi, My name is Andrew Como, I've been trying to locate my family links. Lets me start with my father's parents, my grandparents, Andrea como and Caterina Garofalo, they came from a small town in Sicily, called Castellammare del Golfo. They as far I can research did't know each other until they met in Brooklyn. Other names on this side of my tree are: Como, Garofalo or Garafola, Romano, Curafolo, Gioia, and Gargaglino. Any help about the surnames above or even the town itself will make my family very happy. Part 2 my mom's parents were Guisseppe Feneck and Carmela Cervino: addional name enclude Trincali, Cervino or Servino, Appella and Brania. They may have come from Bari or Malta. They met in little Italy, Manhattan, New York. |
