I am researching the Compton Family from Pike County Kentucky. Lucas B. Compton was born in the 1800's in Pike county. He married Nanny Dye and they moved to St. Paul, Minnesota In addition, I'm researching the James Coleman of Pikesville, Kentucky who was born Jan 5, 1866. He had a son name Jesse J. Coleman who married Lucy Goble. Other surnames interested in are: Meade, Mead, Scalf, Goble, Boyd, Dye, and Sloan all who were around Pike County, Kentucky or neighboring counties in the 1800's Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have. |
