Find Family

March, 2001

These families were from Westchester, Kings, Queens and New York counties of New York.

We are currently looking for new facts on any of the Long Island Seamans especially William Seaman (b. 1812) who spent many years in North Hempstead, LI and died in nearby Port Washington, LI in 1890.

Many thanks to Clyde Angevine of Binghamton, NY for all of his help with this branch of the Angevine family, and to Frederick Smith of Saugerties, NY for doing "hands on" genealogy research in the NYC area. More thanks to the LDS Family History Centers for providing endless microfilm records and a warm and dry place to view them.
