Notes for STUART LYLE CLARK:
When Stuart died he was living with his mother Pearl, who had signed over her house to him. She had been burgled and was afraid of living alone, so wanted Stuart to live with her. She was planning on living her remaining years with him.

When Stuart died, his will left the house to Geneva (his fiancee), who kicked Phoebe out of the house. Phoebe then went to live with her daughter Marilyn.
