17, Oct. 1842 between Jno. Conley and Margaret, his wife, Jno. Robinson (Roberson) and Elizabeth, his wife, and Issac (Isaac) Rice and Celia, his wife, and Henry Conley and Rebecca, his wife, Asa Fairchild and Nancy, his wife, and John Blair and Susan, his wife Constantine Conley, Susannah and Thomas Conley, County of Floyd and State of KY. {Illegible} that the said Jno. Conley and Margaret, his wife, Jno. Robinson (Roberson) and Elizabeth, his wife, and Issac (Isaac) Rice and Celia, his wife, and Henry Conley and Rebecca, his wife, Asa J. Fairchild and Nancy, his wife, and John Blair and Susan, his wife Constantine Conley and Susannah, Thomas Conley have on their part for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to them in hand paid have this day bargained, sold, and delivered the above J.P. Martin, D.D. Jones, and James Lackey a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being on Sandy River in the county and state aforesaid containing 97 A(cres)… beginning at three small beeches…to a sycamore at the mouth of Millers Creek…

Also 50 A(cres) of land lying back of said survey of Jno. VanHoose, agent of William P. Fleming.
