1. WILLIAM C¹ WEAKS, SR.¹ was born Unknown in Hartford County, Virginia, and died Bet. 1827 - 1838 in Stewart County, Tennessee ². He married MARY R. WEATHERFORD Unknown, daughter of WILKERSON WEATHERFORD and SUSANNA. She was born Bet. 1760 - 1770 in ?, and died Aft. 1848 in Stewart County, Tennessee.

Notes for WILLIAM C WEAKS, SR.:
Moved to Stewert County, Tennessee from Henry County, Virginia and Hartford County North Carolina in about 1803. He purchased 388 acres near the mouth of Cub Creek from James Atkins on February 27, 1821. He and Mary were the parents of ten children and are believed to be buried in the Weaks Cemetery on Cub Creek.
