Family says Maynard was drunk at the time of the accident. My grandfather came across the accident right after it happened. He stopped looked into the vehicle and said the victim in the vehicle looked as if he had been poored in like water. He noticed a liquor bottle in the car, picked it up and threw it out into the field. The whole time not knowing it was his brother-in-law or his brother-in-law's car. My grandfather did not know it was Maynard until after he returned home. [OldFamily.FTW]
