He married CHISTIAN BANTA December 07, 1820 in Preble County Ohoi, daughter of PETER BANTA and EFFIE HOLE. She was born Abt. 1804 in Preble County, Ohio ??, and died November 19, 1865 in Monroe, Green County Wisconsin.

Notes for ISAAC ROBERTS:
Another child shows on the July 1850 Census of Green County Wisconsin, as Effiann Wells, age 3, and in the 1860 Census as Effie A. Roberts age 13. Do not know who this is.
It has been difficult to prove that this Albert Roberts is the same person as the Albert Roberts who was the father (See Papers)
Chronology of events taken from History of Green County, Wisconsin, published in 1884, from information received from Susan Kendall, Liberian at Eaton, Ohio,and from Mrs John M. Ivin of Monro, Wisconsin.
1790-1800. Isaac Roberts was born in Pennsylvania, and came to Ohio with his parents when a young boy.
1820-Married Christiana Banta in Preble County ,Ohio.
1817-1821-Frist child born, Marriage date indicates this should be1821, however the article in the above book states that

There is no record of marriage in Preble County, Ohio or Green County. At the time of Christiana's . death he was in Oregon.
