17. HOWARD JAY⁴ ROBERTS (CHARLES ED³, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born February 1885 in Kansas, and died 1935 in Caliornia. He married KATE MOORE 1910.

Notes for HOWARD JAY ROBERTS:
Albert Guy Roberts went by the name of "Guy". He never married, sand lived by himself on a wheat farm South of Mabton, Washington for many years . He obtained it by buying a relinquishment of a homestead right from Mr. Pell in 1907. His father Charley lived with him in latter years.. After WWII, he rented the place to Dick Roberts, who latter bought it,and Dick still owns it as of 1987. It is rented to Dick's son Jack, who lives in the old house. Dick and Hazel built a new house about 1/2 mile North of the old one, and live there. Guy was a cousin of Louis Dee Roberts.

	ii.		ARNO ROBERTS.

18. CILFFORD CARL⁴ ROBERTS (CHARLES ED³, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born September 05, 1890 in Narrcotta Washington, and died July 26, 1961 in Yakima, Washngtoni. He married (1) HAZEL STONE. He married (2) MABLE EXLINE 1911.

Children of CILFFORD ROBERTS and HAZEL STONE are:

	i.		CHERRY⁵ ROBERTS.
	ii.		TOOTS ROBERTS.

Children of CILFFORD ROBERTS and MABLE EXLINE are:

	iii.		FLORENCE⁵ ROBERTS, b. 1912.
	iv.		ELMER ROBERTS, b. 1915.

19. JESSIE⁴ ROBERTS (CHARLES ED³, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born January 17, 1894, and died June 04, 1955 in Eureka, California. She married WILLIAM REID May 25, 1914. He was born December 05, 1893, and died May 21, 1971 in Eureka, California.

Children of JESSIE ROBERTS and WILLIAM REID are:

	i.		MAMIE MARIE⁵ REID, b. February 04, 1917; m. GLEN CARTER; b. October 13, 1912; d. 1989, Trinidad, California.
	ii.		CHARLES REID, b. September 07, 1920; m. VERLE HAVENS.
	iii.		JOHN REID, b. November 03, 1923; d. June 07, 1981; m. RUTH ARMSTRONG.
	iv.		WILLIAM REID JR, b. August 15, 1931; d. September 26, 1963, Trinidad, California; m. NANCY SEQUIST.

20. LETA WANDA⁴ ROBERTS (HERBERT LEE³, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born June 23, 1894, and died April 13, 1968 in Prosser, Benton Co, Washington. She married (1) LLOYD BENJAMIN. She married (2) ARCH I. DALLAS.

Children of LETA ROBERTS and LLOYD BENJAMIN are:

	i.		HAROLD⁵ BENJAMIN.
	ii.		DONALD BENJAMIN.

21. CARROL⁴ COWGILL (BLANCHE L.³ ROBERTS, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born 1898 in Eugene, Oregon, and died 1946 in Sunnyside, Washington. He married (1) ELLA MARIE. She was born May 16, 1903, and died January 01, 1922. He married (2) NETTIE JOHNSON. She died 1986 in Sunnyside, Washington.

Notes for ELLA MARIE:
Ella Marie died about 10 days after Duwayne was born, from problems with the birth. Duwayne was cared for by May Roberts Marko for a time

There is a grave in Mabton for Jane Cowgill d. 4/13/1928. This may have been a child of Nettie and Claire

22. GLEN ALTON⁴ CARTER (BLANCHE L.³ ROBERTS, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born October 13, 1912, and died December 19, 1989 in Trinidad, California. He married MAMINE MARIE REID, daughter of WILLIAM REID and JESSIE ROBERTS. She was born February 04, 1917, and died 1988 in Trinidad, California.

Notes for MAMINE MARIE REID:
Sence Mamie was a granddaughter of Charles Roberts, and Glen was a son of Blanche Roberts Charles' sister, Glen and Mamie were first cousins.

SARAH ANNE⁵ CARTER, b. February 04, 1938; m. (1) DONALD STANFIELD; m. (2) JACK LEWIS FAULKNER.

23. TROY NIEL⁴ CARTER (BLANCHE L.³ ROBERTS, ALBERT², ISAAC¹) was born December 05, 1916. He married MINA VANMATRE. She was born February 05, 1917.
