Peter and Eliza raised their Great-nephew, Will Kicklighter. Will's father Matthew Kicklighter was killed when he was about 27 yo by a falling limb. Will's mother was Dicy A. Edenfield, daughter of Jasper (Jack) Edenfield and Mary McLain. Mary and Peter were brother and sister. Eliza and Jasper were brother and sister. Dicy Edenfield McLain died about a year after her husband leaving Will, and 2 younger brothers as orphans.
