I made the choice to base this genealogy on my Grandparents family names rather than my own sur name (Bolster) because the lines can be traced back farther. The Petmecki or Petmecky family came from Germany, mainly Wiesbaden and Limburg. The Pensoneau line begins in France and then goes to Quebec Canada and later on into Illinois.
Please let me know if you find a link to your own family tree here. And if you find any information that is incorrect please notify me with all the details and I shall correct it as soon as possible.
