We are looking for information on the following surnames; Copeland, Glover, Barnett, Norwood, Lamb, Carlton, Carleton, Henley, Reavis, Parham, Loving, Malone, Matthews and Gibbons. These families resided in Virginia, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and California. We are particularly interested in Anderson Copeland, who lived in Mississippi in 1840 through about 1910; William Houston Lamb, born near Tullahoma TN about 1848; John "Captain Johnny" Glover, born Granville County NC 1754, died 1821 Edgefield County SC; and George Washington Glover born about 1776, Granville County, NC, died 1843 DeSoto County MS; Allen Glover, born 1810-1813 Warren County, GA, died about 1891, Prentiss County MS; Thomas Carleton, born Nov. 17, 1788 Duplin County NC; and Thomas Carleton I, born May 10, 1747, Chester County PA.
