"John Henry Frymire
      "John Henry Frymire, son of John and Sarah Frymire, was born in White County, Illinois, October 25, 1861. When a young man he united with the Christian Church at Seven Mile and later moved his memebership to Enfield. He was ever a faithful member and a strong supporter of the faith.
      "He was united in marriage to Susan A. Steele June 4, 1883. This union was blessed with six children. James Marion, who died in infancy, Delbert, who died during the influenza epidemic in 1918, Herman of Enfield, Raymond, Charles and Frank of East St. Louis.
      "He was seriously injured at the home of his son Herman in the tornado that swept through that vicinity last Wednesday and died the following day, March 19, 1925. His age was 63 years, 4 months and 24 days.
      "He was one of many whom God saw fit to call to His home on high. He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, his father, five brothers, three sisters, four sons, six grandchildren and many friends.
      "He has known years of struggle and honest toil while he was rearing a large family without many of the conveniences that are enjoyed today.
      "He was a man of integrity and stood for what was for the good of his friends and his community.
      "He was of a jovial disposition, his presence like the sunshine, and he will be sadly missed in the home, the church and the community.
"Rest has come; His tasks are ended,
      Calm is written on his brow;
Father's life was big and splended,
      And we understand it now.
      "Funeral from the Christian Church last Sunday at 1 o'clock p.m. Services were conducted by local pastor assisted by Rev. Kerr, pastor of the M.E. Church.
