Ancestors of Sandra Jane Cotton, England

I am researching my own family:
James Stephen Penton of Southampton,
The Defriez family (although a lot has been amassed already),
John Spain and Olive Relf of Woodchurch, Kent,
James Bridges and Jane Jolliffe of Hertfordshire and Essex respectively,

and my husband's family:
George Robinson from Droitwich,
Worth/Baldwin from Stourport,
Wetzel from Germany.

I am trying to discover the history of the slave ship "Loretta" which plied the Atlantic during the 1760s. One captain was named as Robert Poultney who brought two slaves to England for an ancester. What became of them I wonder?
