In general, my family is from the mid-west the last couple of generations. Prior to that, the only significant data I have is on one branch of the family which was Pennsylvania Dutch, dating back to a John Lapp who immigrated to the United States in the early 1700's. I have entered all of the data from a book about the descendants of Isaac Lapp & Barbara Stoltzfus into the World Family Tree Project. According to Broderbund, it has been published on World Family Tree Disk 9. Since submitting the file, I've added other information and now am up to 3400 names. One area that I'd like some help in is in researching Russian ancestry and descendents. My grandfather moved here due to the revolution. I'm sure that there are relatives they left behind. The report currently posted is my known ancestors back ten generations. |
