A continuing project to identify and document the descendents and ancestors of Jeremiah Coulbourn (Spelled Coalburn, Colbourn,and Coulburn in various documents)who resided in Seaford,Delaware at least during the period 1820-1860 with his wife Elizabeth. My focus is also on a son of Jeremiah, George Rufus, born 11 April. 1849, who moved to Suffolk, Virginia as a young man and eventually settled in Chincoteague, Virginia. Other children of Jeremiah were Virginia, Sarah Elizabeth and Elwood.Sarah Elizabeth married George W. Milligan in Seaford, Delaware, 26 December, 1889.
